Welcome to Dollar Art Store (dollarartstore.com), operated from the United States. By purchasing from or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Digital Products

Everything we sell is a digital file delivered electronically. Nothing will be shipped to you. After checkout, your files are available immediately via download link and in your purchase library. Please download and back up your files; we recommend saving copies to your own storage.

2. Accounts and Purchases

You agree to provide accurate contact and payment information. If you check out as a guest, your download link is sent to the email address you provide — typos in that address are the most common cause of "missing" orders, so double-check it.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number. Prices, bundles, and promotions may change at any time without notice. Any "compare at" value shown reflects the total price of items if purchased individually.

4. License — What You May Do With Your Files

When you buy a file, you're buying a license to use it — not ownership of the artwork itself.

Standard License (included with every purchase): use the files for personal, non-commercial projects — home printing, personal crafts, gifts, your own devices and spaces.

Commercial License (sold separately): adds the right to use designs on physical products you make and sell in limited quantities, per the terms stated on the license listing.

Extended Commercial License (sold separately): adds higher-volume and print-on-demand rights, per the terms stated on the license listing.

Under every license, you may NOT:

Resell, share, give away, or redistribute the digital files themselves, in original or modified form
Claim the artwork as your own creation, or register it as a trademark or design mark
Use the files in logos or brand identities without an Extended Commercial License
Use the files to train AI or machine-learning models, or include them in datasets

If a listing states license terms that differ from the above, the listing controls.

5. Refunds

Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are generally final. See our Refund Policy for the exceptions — we fix defective or incorrect files, always.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, site content, and branding remain the property of Dollar Art Store. Purchasing a file transfers a license as described above, not copyright.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't use the site or files for anything unlawful, don't attempt to bypass purchase or license restrictions, and don't scrape or bulk-download site content.

8. Disclaimer

Files are provided "as is." Digital art may print with slight color variation depending on your monitor, printer, and paper — that's inherent to printing, not a defect. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
