Refund policy

Everything at Dollar Art Store is a digital download delivered instantly, so purchases can't be "returned" and all sales are generally final.
That said, we will always make it right if something is actually wrong. Within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a replacement or refund if:
- A file is corrupt, broken, or won't open
- You received the wrong file
- You were charged twice for the same item
Email social@dollarartstore.com with your order number and a quick description, and we'll respond within 1–2 business days. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, accidental purchase after download, or printing differences caused by your monitor, printer, or paper.
